Where a free trial is offered, please use it to make sure the course is right for you before paying.

Requesting a refund

Contact English Clinic with Adrian at adrian.ladd@meliora-global.com or +63 995 873 8151 with your full name, the email you enrolled with and your payment reference. Each request is reviewed individually, and we will reply with the outcome.

Charged in error

If you were charged more than once, or charged but could not access your course, tell us as soon as possible and we will put it right.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the payment method you used.
